I was going through my old photos when I saw this picture. My grandson then was a few months old. Now he is ten. I wonder how many of you can still remember this scene.
Quiz:
1 Where was this place? 2 What was the name of the place?
Ah I remember this place. Can't remember the name but it was a restaurant at Liang Court ground floor just next to the fountain and lifts. Brought my children and their cousins there once for a birthday celebration.
Very good place for kids becos once in a while the animals will 'come alive' and move and make noise.
You are right Chun See. I cropped the lower part of the picture which showed tables and chairs and bottles of chilly/tomato sauces. The restaurant name was Rain Forest Cafe.
I learnt something I didn't know. Must have missed this "animal musuem" when my children were brought to Daimaru, a popular Japanese department store many years ago.
Thanks to Chun See and PChew for bringing back memories with my children.

What a memorable photo for your grandson, Philip. Looks like an elephant in a museum display. Couldn't remember it was at our National Museum though.
